Abstract

The aim of this study is to identify the perceptions of faculty memberswith regard to the quality of leadership in both the universities of Al- Quds,Birzeit in Palestine, and King Faisal in Saudi Arabia. The study populationconsisted of faculty members at the three universities, totaling 303 members.To achieve the objectives of the study, researchers used a questionnairecomposed of two parts, including four areas and 44 paragraphs that havebeen verified to test the validity and reliability of educational and appropriatestatistical methods using Statistical Packages for Social Sciences (SPSS). The study results showed that professional development and traininggained the highest average 3.81. Second was teaching and learning with3.66 and third was governance wise with 3.61. The total score of the realityof the adoption of the leadership was 3.66. The degree of importance ofthe requirement was 2.51. At the end, the researchers suggested a set ofrecommendations.
