Abstract

This study aimed at identifying the Level ofPracticing Creative supervision from mathematicssupervisors according to the View of mathematicsteachers in schools Mafraq Governorate in Jordan.The study sample consisted of (140) teacherswho were selected randomly, using a questionnairewhich consisted of (36) items after verifying thevalidity and reliability of the questionnaire.The study results showed that the most creativecapabilities are found among math supervisors inthe way they carry out classroom visit in terms of:flexibility, less ecplanation in a moderate degree,more flexibility in the supervision approach and theleast sensitive to problems. The study also showedthat there were no statistically significant differencesat the level of significance (a=0.05) due to thevariables of gender. In light of the consequencesof the study, the researchers recommended a set ofrecommendations.
