Abstract

This study aimed at identifying the Degreeof educational supervisors’ practice of humanrelations in the educational supervision in NablusCity from teachers’ Point of View. To achieve thestudy goal, a questionnaire consisted of (49) itemsand (7) domains, was distributed over a sample of(269) teachers at Nablus directorate of Education.The study showed that there are statisticalsignificant differences at (a=0.05) in the degreeof supervisors commitment in practicing humanrelations due to gender and there are nostatistical significant differences due to academicqualification, type of academic qualification andyears of experience. A set of recommendations wereproposed in the light of the study results.
