The extent of applying skills of decision making by the administrators of Jordanian Clubs
Abstract
The study aimed to identify the extent that the Administrators of Jordanian Clubs apply the decision-making skills, according to qualifications, experience and geographic region variables. The study sample consisted of (177), they were have been selected randomly and use the questionnaire as a tool for data collection. The researcher used the statistical analysis program (SPSS), arithmetic means, standard deviations, analysis of variance (ANOVA one-way) and Tookie test for Post Hoc Aposteriori Comparisons.The results showed that the Jordanian clubs departments apply the skill of decision-making, as the results showed that there are no statistically significant differences according to the variables of educational qualification and experience on the four domains of study (the domains of problem identification and consideration of alternatives and choose the alternative advertising and the follow-up and evaluation of the decision), while there was a statistically significant differences according to region geographical variable between the camp and the village and in favor of a village on the problem identification domain. The study recommended a number of recommendations, the most important one of them, holding training courses, workshops, specialized in decision making skills, which going to help the administrative of clubs to Improve their ability to take proper administrative decision.
