Abstract
The study aimed at identifying the skills of anger management among the school principals from the Directors’ perspective at the education directorates in the Governante of Irbid. The descriptive analytical approach was used. The study sample consisted of (361) principals and directors at the education directorates in Irbid. The questionnaire was used as a tool for collecting data. The study found that the skills of anger management correlated to the causes of anger among the school principals were moderate. The study also revealed that the principals’ skills of anger management correlated to other individuals scored high degree. Moreover, there were statistically significant differences in the skills of anger management among the principals due to the variable of gender in favor of the females. In addition, there were statistically significant differences due to the variable of Qualification in favor of Ph. D. Furthermore, there were statistically significant differences due to the variable of experience in favor of 15 years and plus. The study recommends the need to focus on the school environment, the climate of the teachers and the general atmosphere of the school because they all help in anger management.
