Abstract

This study aimed to reveal the impact of entrepreneurship strategies on achieving competitive advantage among academic leaders in Jordanian private universities. The study employed a descriptive analytical method. Primary data were collected through a questionnaire that was developed and distributed to a sample of academic leaders in Jordanian private universities, totaling approximately 425 individuals. The sample included individuals holding the following job titles: Chancellor, Vice-Chancellor, Dean, Vice-Dean, and Head of Department. To analyze the data, descriptive statistical methods were used, including frequencies, percentages, means, and standard deviations, in addition to inductive statistical methods such as simple and multiple linear regression and stepwise regression to test the study hypotheses. The results indicated a statistically significant impact of entrepreneurship strategies on achieving competitive advantage. The study recommends placing greater emphasis on adopting risk-taking strategies.
