Abstract
This study aims to investigate the effectiveness of an educational program based on TRIZ theory in developing achievement and attitudes toward mathematics among ninth-grade female students in Jordan. The study employed a quasi-experimental approach. The participants included 52 female students from a public school in Jordan. A purposeful sample was selected and randomly divided into two groups: an experimental group with 25 female students who studied using the educational program based on TRIZ theory and a control group with 26 female students who studied using the traditional method. To achieve the study's objectives, an achievement test was prepared, and the Abuzaina & AlKelani (1980) attitude scale was used to measure students' attitudes toward mathematics. The results of the study showed statistically significant differences between the means of the experimental group and the control group, favoring the experimental group in the post-application achievement tests and attitude scale.
