Abstract
The current study aimed to reveal the relationship between goal orientations and job satisfaction among female teachers of the first three grades. To achieve the objectives of the study, a sample of (350) female teachers was selected in the Directorate of Education for the area Qweismeh by available method. They were applied to the goal orientations scale by Köksoy and Uygun, and the job satisfaction scale by Alemi. The results also showed that there were no statistical differences due to educational qualification and experience on the scale of goal orientations and job satisfaction. Also, the results of the study showed a positive direct relationship between goal orientations and job satisfaction for female teachers.
