Abstract

The research dealt with one of the Qur’anic means that is useful in dealing with marital problems and their solution; that is the problem of (desertion); it is proposed to be included in wise treatment gradually to (beating); but is the concept of beating limited to the common meaning in other public circles or does it have other indications that may Be more effective in the woman herself, and in uprooting the roots of the problem? This is what we will deal with, with some detail and clarification in our research entitled: (The Qur'anic Approach in Treating the Problem of Rebellious woman - Beating as a Model), in which we present a range of the most important sayings of the people of language and interpret.
