Abstract

the researcher has explained that one of the greatest aims that Islamic law has achieved is that save on the selves . It has legislated so many ways to protect it of the epidemic diseases. There were different ways, one of them is devotional, like we have to obey Allah and Seeking help of him according to the evidences. Also there are physical ways that prevent the epidemics such as the prohibition of what Allah and his messenger of the food like( dead meat blood,pork, eating every beast of prey, and every bird with a talon).and drinks like intoxicants and drugs. And forbidden deeds of abominations and sins . Caring for public morals in behavior to prevent the spread of viruses and germs. In the event of a pandemic, we must know that it is necessary to seek appropriate treatment from specialists. As it is a disease that has not been transmitted, and medicine has been sent with it, and patients have been isolated to prevent infection according to the quarantine system that was established in the Sharia.
