Abstract
The purpose of this research is to reveal the most prominent challenges that faces the Arabic language at this modern time through analyzing the aspects and the tools of the linguistic globalism, and to reach to this purpose the research comes in three parts: the first part is titled "Globalism" the concepts and the designations, and it deals with the definition of Globalism, its origin, kinds, negativity and positivity, the second part is titled "the linguistic globalism" the concepts and the tools, and this part includes the indication to the linguistic globalism's concept and its tools, the third part is titled "the Arabic language and the linguistic globalism" the effects and the demands, and this part deals with the effects that the linguistic globalism has had on Arabic at the time of Globalism both at the formal and the informal levels, and how to cope with these effects .
