Abstract
This study aimed to examine the role of School Principals in Employing E-learning in Arab School within the Green Line, and the effect of demographic variable (gender, degree, and years of experience) on the principal's role. A randomly chosen sample size of 380 teachers participated in this study. A questionnaire was used to collect data, the study used survey methodology. Results indicated a high level overall for the role of School Principals in Employing E-learning in Arab Schools, yet no significance difference at the (α=0.05) level for Employing E-learning in Arab School that can be attributed to the variables (gender, degree, and years of experience).
