Abstract

Abstract: The study aimed at investigating the multifactor leadership of the principals of private basic schools in Amman and its relation to the organizational values applied in their schools from teachers’ point of view. The study sample consisted of (375) male and female teachers. Two tools were used to collect data: the first to measure the multifactor leadership and the second to measure the degree of availability of organizational values. Validity and reliability of the tools have been assured. To accomplish the goal of the study, the descriptive cooelational methodology has been used. The results of the study showed that the degree of the multifactor leadership practice of the principals of private basic schools in Amman from teachers' point of view was moderate as well as the availability of organizational values. The results also showed a positive significant correlational relationship at (α≤0.05) between the total score of the multifactor leadership and the total score of the organizational values. ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تعرف درجة ممارسة القيادة متعددة العوامل لدى مديري المدارس الأساسية الخاصة بالعاصمة عمان وعلاقتها بدرجة ممارسة القيم التنظيمية في مدارسهم من وجهة نظر المعلمين, وقد تكونت عينة هذه الدراسة من(375) معلما ومعلمة, واستخدمت أداتان لجمع البيانات: الأولى لقياس درجة ممارسة القيادة متعددة العوامل, والثانية لقياس درجة ممارسة القيم التنظيمية, وقد تم التأكد من صدقهما وثباتهما. ولتحقيق أهداف الدّراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي, وأظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة القيادة متعددة العوامل, ودرجة ممارسة القيم التنظيمية لدى مديري المدارس الأساسية في العاصمة عمان من وجهة نظر المعلمين كانتا متوسطتين, كما أشارت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية إيجابية ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.05≥α) بين درجة ممارسةالقيادة متعددة العوامل ودرجة ممارسة القيم التنظيمية وأبعادهما.
