Abstract

Abstract: The study aimed to identify the reality of creative teaching among teachers of Islamic education in the United Arab Emirates in fields of (planning, implementation, evaluation) and to detect the significance of statistical differences between the mean score of teachers of Islamic education and the practice of creative teaching skills attributed to years of service in teaching and training courses. The study followed the descriptive methodolgy. A list was drawn up to identify indicators for measuring the practice of creative teaching skills by presenting them to the arbitrators and verifying their validity and reliability by applying them to a pilot sample from outside the original study sample. The study was applied to 30 teachers of Islamic education. The reality of creative teaching among the teachers of Islamic education in the United Arab Emirates was medium. The results also revealed that there are no statistically significant differences between the mean score of Islamic education teachers to practice creative teaching skills due to years of service in teaching and training courses. The study recommended working on the development of creative teaching skills among the teachers of Islamic education through training them and employing creative teaching skills in the teaching of Islamic education.

ملخص: هدفت الدراسة التعرّف إلى واقع التدريس الابداعي لدى معلمي التربية الإسلامية الذكور في دولة الامارات العربية المتحدة في المجالات (التخطيط, التنفيذ, التقويم) والكشف عن دلالة الفروق الإحصائية بين متوسطات درجات معلمي التربية الاسلامية ممارسة مهارات التدريس الابداعي التي تُعزى لسنوات الخدمة في التدريس والدورات التدريبية. واتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي إذ تم بناء قائمة لتحديد مؤشرات لقياس ممارسة مهارات التدريس الابداعي من خلال عرضها على المحكمين والتأكد من صدقها وثباتها بتطبيقها على عينة استطلاعية من خارج عينة الدراسة الأصلية, وتم تطبيقها على (30) معلماً من معلمي التربية الاسلامية, وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن واقع التدريس الابداعي لدى معلمي التربية الاسلامية في دولة الامارات العربية المتحدة بدرجة متوسطة, كما كشفت النتائج عن عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً بين متوسطات درجات معلمي التربية الاسلامية لممارسة مهارات التدريس الابداعي تُعزى لسنوات الخدمة في التدريس والدورات التدريبية. وقد أوصت الدراسة بالعمل على تنمية مهارات التدريس الابداعي لدى معلمي التربية الاسلامية من خلال تدريبهم عليها, والعمل على توظيف مهارات التدريس الابداعي في تدريس التربية الاسلامية.
