Abstract

Abstract: The study aimed at identifying the degree of participating faith leadership among the principals of Kasbah Zarqa schools, and studying the effect of gender, academic qualification, experience and specialization. The study used the descriptive-survey methodology because of its appropriateness to the nature of the study. A questionnaire was developed to measure the faith leadership. It consisted of (35) items distributed among four dimensions. The validity and reliability of the tool were assured. The sample consisted of (375) male and female teachers. They were drawn from the population of the study by using simple random method. The findings showed that the degree of practicing faith leadership among the principals of Kasbah Zarqa schools was medium from teachers’ point of view. There were statistically significant differences in the responses of the sample subject due to years of experience in favor of (5-10) year’s category. There were no statistically significant differences attributed to gender, academic qualification and specialization variables.

ملخص: هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة القيادة الإيمانية لدى مديري مدارس تربية قصبة الزرقاء من وجهة نظر المعلمين ودراسة أثر الجنس والمؤهل العلمي والخبرة والتخصص واستخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي لملاءمته لطبيعة الدراسة وتم تطوير استبانة لقياس القيادة الإيمانية وتكونت من (35) فقرة موزعة على المجالات الآتية (الصفات الشخصية والصفات الإدارية والعلاقات الإنسانية والعمل بروح الفريق). وتم التأكد من صدق الأداة وثباتها. وتكون مجتمع الدراسة من جميع المعلمين والمعلمات في تربية قصبة الزرقاء الأولى والثانية والبالغ عددهم (6641) وقد اختيرت عينة الدراسة بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة وتكونت العينة من (374) معلماً ومعلمة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى النتائج الآتيه: أن درجة ممارسة القيادة الإيمانية لدى مديري مدارس تربية قصبة الزرقاء من وجهة نظر المعلمين متوسطة وقد جاءت جميع المجالات بدرجة متوسطة على التوالي (الصفات الشخصية والعلاقات الإنسانية والعمل بروح الفريق والصفات الإدارية) ودلت نتائج الدراسة على وجود فروق ذات دلالة احصائية في استجابات أفراد عينة الدراسة تعزى لمتغير سنوات الخبرة ولصالح الخبرة المتوسطة من (10-5سنوات) ودلت النتائج على عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الجنس والمؤهل العلمي والتخصص.
