Abstract

Abstract: The Study aimed to reveal the degree of practice of administrative creativity among school principals in the Beersheba area from the teachers' point of view. The descriptive survey methodology was used, A questionnaire was constructed consisting of (26) items distributed on four areas, after verifying its validity and reliability, it was applied to a sample selected randomly amounted to (337) teachers. The results showed that the degree of practicing of administrative creativity among school principals was high In Beersheba. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences at (a=0.05) attributed to the effect of sex in all fields, the differences were in favor of by females, and the absence of statistically significant differences (a=0.05) attributed to the effect of educational qualification. In light of these results, the study recommended incentives The material and moral creators, Creating a creative management that means creators to benefit from them and working to help them apply their ideas to achieve the competitive advantage that helps to sustain growth, maintain the creative climate by allocating sufficient funds for research and development purposes, to provide new and advanced services, encourage creators and build effective communication channels to convey their ideas. to senior departments.

ملخص: هدفت الدراسة الكشف عن درجة ممارسة الابداع الاداري لدى مديري المدارس في منطقة بئر السبع من وجهة نظر المعلمين.تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي, وتم بناء استبانة تكونت من (26) فقرة موزعة على أربعة مجالات, وبعد التأكد من صدقها وثباتها تم تطبيقها على عينة اختيرت بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة بلغ قوامها(337) معلماً ومعلمة, واظهرت النتائج أن درجة ممارسة الابداع الاداري لدى مديري المدارس في منطقة بئر السبع جاءت مرتفعة, وتبين وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (a=0.05) تعزى لأثر الجنس في جميع المجالات, وجاءت الفروق لصالح الاناث, وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية (a=0.05) تعزى لأثر المؤهل العلمي, ولأثر المرحلة الدراسية في جميع المجالات, وفي ضوء هذه النتائج اوصت الدراسةبالعمل على استحداث ادارة للأبداع تعني بالمبدعين للاستفادة منهم والعمل على مساعدتهم لتطبيق افكارهم لتحقيق الميزة التنافسية التي تساعد على النمو الاستمرار, والمحافظة على المناخ الابداعي عن طريق تخصيص مبالغ مالية كافية لأغراض البحث والتطوير, لتقديم خدمات جديدة ومتطورة, وتشجيع المبدعين وبناء قنوات اتصال فعالة لنقل افكارهم الابداعية إلى الادارات العليا.
