Abstract:
The aim of this study was to reveal the degree to which secondary school counselors in the Irbid Kasbah district can solve the problems facing students from the point of view of the Principals. The final Sample of the study Consisted of (69) principals. The questionnaire was used as a tool for the study. Behavioral problems ranked first with a medium score, followed by social problems in the second place, while Educational problems came in the last place with a moderate degree of application. There were no statistically significant differences attributed to the effect of variable sex, qualification Scientific, years of experience.

هدفت هذه الدراسة الكشف عن درجة تمكين مرشدي المدارس الثانوية في لواء قصبة إربد من حل المشكلات التي تواجه الطلبة من وجهة نظر المديرين. تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي المسحي, تكونت عينة الدراسة من (69) مديراً ومديرة, تم استخدام الاستبانة كأداة للدراسة, وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة تمكين مرشدي المدارس الثانوية في لواء قصبة إربد لحل المشكلات التي تواجه الطلبة من وجهة نظر مديري مدارسهم جاءت بدرجة متوسطة, فقد حصل مجال المشكلات السلوكية" على الرتبة الأولى, وبدرجة متوسطة, ثم تلاه مجال "المشكلات الاجتماعية" في الرتبة الثانية, بينما جاء مجال "المشكلات التربوية" في الرتبة الأخيرة, وبدرجة تطبيق متوسطة. كما أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لأثر متغيرات: الجنس, والمؤهل العلمي, وسنوات الخبرة.
