Abstract:

The current study aimed to identify the degree of effectiveness of (the Ma’an Program Prevention of Violence and Addiction) and its relationship to achieve safe school environment from the principals and supervisors of schools point of view in the Kingdom of Bahrain, where the quantitative descriptive approach was used, the study sample included (373) principals and supervisors from the schools of the Kingdom of Bahrain in which it was applied. The program, where the study tool was distributed, which included the domain of effectiveness of the (the Ma’an Program Prevention of Violence and Addiction) and the domain of a secure school environment. The results showed that there was a high degree of effectiveness of (the Ma’an Program Prevention of Violence and Addiction from the point of view of school principals and supervisors of the Kingdom of Bahrain, the results showed a positive correlation between the effectiveness of the (The Ma’an Program Prevention of Violence and Addiction) and the achievement of a school environment.

هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف إلى درجة فاعلية برنامج (معاً لمكافحة العنف والإدمان) وعلاقته بتحقيق بيئة مدرسية آمنة من وجهة نظر مديري مدارس مملكة البحرين ومشرفيها, إذ تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي, اشتملت عينة الدراسة على (373) مديراً ومشرفاً من مدارس مملكة البحرين التي يطبق فيها البرنامج, وقد تم توزيع أداة الدراسة والتي اشتملت على محور فاعلية برنامج (معاً لمكافحة العنف والإدمان) ومحور بيئة مدرسية آمنة. أظهرت النتائج أن هناك درجة فاعلية كبيرة لبرنامج (معاً لمكافحة العنف والإدمان) من وجهة نظر مديري مدارس مملكة البحرين ومشرفيها, كما أظهرت النتائج هناك درجة كبيرة لتحقيق بيئة مدرسية آمنة من وجهة نظر مديري ومشرفي مدارس مملكة البحرين, كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين فاعلية برنامج (معاً لمكافحة العنف والإدمان) وبين تحقيق بيئة مدرسية آمنة لدى أفراد عينة الدراسة.
