Abstract

Thestudyaimedtoidentifystudents’viewsregardingthedegreeofcompetenciesacquiredinthePracticalEducationcourseatAl-QudsOpenUniversityaftertheendofthepracticaltrainingatthecooperativeschools,inthelightofthevariablesofsex,specialization,anduniversitycumulativeaverage.ThestudysampleconsistedofthestudentsofthePracticalEducationcourseinRamallah&AlbirehBranchinthefirstsemesteroftheacademicyear2011/2012.Thestudysampleconsistedof(220)students.FortheevaluationalpurposesthestudentteacherformapprovedbyAl-QudsOpenUniversityeducationfacultywasused.(204)questionnairesweredistributed.Afterastatisticalanalysis,thefollowingresultswereobtained:♦♦Estimatesofdegreeofcompetenciesacquiredbythepracticaleducationcoursewerehighinallfieldsofstudy.♦♦Nostatisticallysignificantdifferencesatthesignificancelevel(α≤0.05)inthedegreeofcompetenciesacquiredaftertheendofpracticaltrainingduetothevariablesofthestudy(gender,specialization,undergraduatecumulativeaverage
