Abstract
This study aims to reveal the level of perceived psychological stress management, the level of future anxiety, and the predictive ability of psychological stress management in reducing future anxiety among Yarmouk University students. To achieve the objectives of this study, the perceived stress management and the future anxiety scales were used, which were developed for the purposes of this study. The study followed the correlational descriptive approach. The study sample consists of 1084 students from Yarmouk University, chosen by the simple random method. The results of the study showed that the level of perceived psychological stress management and the level of future anxiety were within the average level. Moreover, the results also indicated a predictive ability to manage perceived psychological stress in reducing the level of future anxiety among Yarmouk University students.
