Abstract
This study aims to identify the practice degree of ethical leadership by government schools’ principals from the teachers› point of view in Bani Kinanah District. The researchers follow the descriptive method and designed a questionnaire of 41 questions. The study sample consists of 418 teachers chosen randomly. The results indicate that the practice degree is a medium degree in all domains. The results indicate statically significant differences in the participants’ responses according to gender in favor of males. The results also indicate that there are statistically significant differences according to the academic qualifications except for human relations. There are statistically significant differences according to years of experience in all domains, in favor of participants of less than ten years of experience.
