Abstract

The study aims to investigate the extent of practice for the supervisorytechniques for the supervisors in Gaza as perceived by teachers.To achievethis objective, a self- administrated questionnaire was designed anddistributed over a classifying random sample, consisting of teachers in westGaza amounting to (145) .(145) questionnaires were collected and analyzed.The study concluded that♦♦ The extent of the practice of educational supervising methods is acceptable,it was (52,67%) , &the human relations domain got the first rank whilethe domain of developing the teachers professional skills got the last rank.♦♦ There were statistical differences at (a<0.05) , in the means of the researchsample assessments due to gender in favor of the males.♦♦ There were no statistical differences at (a<0.05) , in the means of theresearch sample assessments due to qualifications.♦♦ There were statistical differences at (a<0.05) , in the means of the researchsample assessments to the extent of the educational supervising methodspractice, due to the years of employment, in favor of the oldest ones,Finally the study recommends some suggestions.
