Abstract
The aim of this study was to investigate the nature of the prevailingattitudes of government school teachers in Palestine towards the trainingprograms provided to them and their impact on the performance of vocationalstudy sample consisted of a sample of teachers in government schools inPalestine.The number is (406) teachers who have been selected randomly.The tool of the study a questionnaire prepared for the purpose of identifyingthe (real attitudes of government school teachers in Palestine regarding thetraining programs provided to them and their impact on their professionalperformance) .It consisted of (44) items divided into five areas.The results of the study were as follows: :The overall average responses of the respondents had reached (3.37) ,which is classified as moderate.The existence of differences in the variables (Directorate and the numberof cycles and years of experience) .The lack of differences in the variables (sex, specialization andqualification)
