Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the degree of management by walkingpractice and its impact on the development of efficient kindergarten teachersprofessionally in Karak in Jordan. To achieve the purpose of this study, aquestionnaire was developed to collect data. The study population consistedof (103) kindergarten teachers and revealed the following results:1. The degree of degree of management by walking practice and the levelof the development of efficient kindergarten teachers professionallywere medium.2. There is an impact of use of degree of management by walking practicedimensions in the development of efficient kindergarten teachersprofessionally which explains (56.9%) of variation in the dependentvariable (development of efficient kindergarten teachers professionally).The study concluded with the following important recommendations:that the Ministry of Education should enhance the degree of managementby walking practice and the level of development of efficient kindergartenteachers professionally by increasing their awareness of and participationin decision-making. The Ministry should hold training courses to increaseteachers’ education, loyalty and better performance so as to improve theeducational process.
