Abstract
The purpose of this study was to identify the causes of the phenomenonof divorce in Jordan from the point of view of divorcing and divorced andShari’a judges and the educational implications of this phenomenon on familymembers, and then proposals to reduce the phenomenon of divorce from thepoint of view of divorcing and divorced and Shari’a judges.The study population consisted of (5041) members of them (4884) neverabsolute, and (157) legitimately judge, was chosen as a representative sampleof the study population stratified available consisting of (74) at all, and (98)a judge.The results of the study showed that the personal reasons were the mostcause of the phenomenon of divorce from the perspective of divorced. Reasonswere social and family is the most cause of the phenomenon of divorce fromthe perspective of Shari’a judges.The study concluded that many of the recommendations, notably:- Include curriculum materials related to the composition and duties offamily and mission commensurate with each grade level or age, especiallyfor university students. Hold seminars and dialogues and meetings on theverge of marriage
