Abstract
The aim of this study is to identify the extent possession of teachingstaff in the Faculty of Sharia and Islamic Studies of teaching competenciesin Qassim University from their point of view in light of the academic rankand experience variables .The study sample consisted of 97 faculty memberschosen randomly from the study’s society (220) faculty member .Theresearcher constructed an instrument to measure the degree of their efficiencyand the stability of the sample from outside the study sample .Steadiness isassured by Cronbach’s tool .The results showed that the possession of members ofthe faculty of the three educational adequacies: planning,implementation, and evaluation of their perspective varied.Implementation ranked first, followed by planning and third byevaluation .The possession of faculty members of educationaladequacy between professors and assistant professors is in favorof professor, and in between associate professors and assistantprofessors is in favor of associate professors .The measurementis also in favor for those who have more than 10 years of whoexperience .The researcher recommends the establishment of workshops forfaculty members to cope with the latest global developments in effectiveuniversity teaching and employment of modern technology to promotetheir abilities
