Abstract
This study aimed at constructing a scale of the attitudes of faculty staffmembers towards the students’ evaluation of the educational practices at theuniversity level.To achieve the study’s objective, the primary form of the scalewas constructed out of (44) items using a 5-point Likert Scale.After proofingand applying the scale on pilot sample, the number of the items was (31) .Thescale was administered to a sample of (200) faculty staff members at Al AzharUniversity in Gaza.The results revealed that (28) items obey the assumptionsof rating scale model derived from Rasch model that constitute the final formof the scale and cover the Trait Continuum Regularly.The scale characterizedby good psychometric properties, and the value of the reliability coefficient ofthe scale items was (0.96) and offered it several symptoms validity.
