Abstract
The study aimed to identify the degree of Jordanian universities staffpractices of technological competencies and its relationship in their jobperformance from their point of view.Researcher used the descriptiveanalytical method by preparing a questionnaire of (563) faculty membersin the Jordanian public and private universities.The study showed that thecompetencies were high in faculty members.There are statistically significantdifferences due to the academic rank in technological competencies and jobperformance in favor of professors; there were no statistically significantdifferences due to the impact of specialization and type of the university.There are positive relationships between technological competencies andjob performance.The study recommended action plans for the formation ofpositive attitudes by holding seminars and other educational activities.
