Abstract

The study aimed to acknowledge the realityof E- learning in the Palestinian universities inthe light of knowledge management from theperspective of faculty members. The population ofthe study comprised (1850) members of the facultyat universities (Birzeit, Jerusalem, and al Najah) ,which was a stratified random sample that amounteda percent of (17.8%) and total sample size of (329)faculty members. The study used a descriptiveapproach. After data collection by questionnaireparagraphs are from (49) paragraph, theresearchers created, and then analyzed. The studyresults showed that the area of the availability of theE- learning environment was ranked first in terms ofarithmetic average total score (3.91) and a standarddeviation (0.93) , and ranked second field both theconcept of e- learning an arithmetic mean was (3.81)and a standard deviation (0.76) and either the fielde- learning outcomes was in third place with a meantotal score was (3.76) and a standard deviation of(0.77). The study results showed that there wereno significant differences (a≤0.05) to gender andyears of experience and level of the university andacademic qualifications except for the presence ofdifferences in variable scientific qualification forthe University of al Najah where the differences aresubstantial and in favor of a master’s doctorate. Inlight of the previous findings, the study reached setrecommendations.
