Abstract
The present study aimed to identify the prevailing learning and thinking patterns among Dawadmi Faculty of Education Students (Male& Female), Shaqra University, KSA. To achieve this aim, the researcher used a questionnaire as a study tool for his study after the Psychometric properties of the study tool were confirmed, the study tool contained (30) items. The study sample consisted of (375) students (males & Females), the arithmetic means and the standard deviations of the students grades in the questionnaire were extracted, the One-way analysis of variance (ONE-WAY-ANOVA) was used to compare between the responses of the study sample to the study tool according to the field of specification variable, whereas T-test was used with two independent groups to compare between the grades of the study sample according to the sex variable. The findings of the present study showed the sovereignty of the integrated pattern and after it came the Left pattern among Dawadmi Faculty of Education Students (male & female). The findings of the study also showed that there were no significant statistically differences between the groups according to the study variables (field of specification & sex). The study concluded a number of recommendations most important of which was: Work on the use of teaching strategies compatible with the integrated pattern, guide students to the appropriate disciplines and more studies should be conducted about learning and thinking styles.
