Abstract
The study aimed to examine the prevailed ethics among secondary schools teachers at Ajloune Governorate from principals' point of view. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researchers prepared a questionnaire that consisted of (80) items and included 5 domains. The study population consists of (54) secondary school principals. After checking the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, it was distributed to a sample that consisted of 37 secondary school principals at Ajloune Governorate during the first semester of the school year (2016/2017). Data obtained was analyzed using (SPSS). The results from the statistical analysis shows that the prevalence level of ethics among secondary schools teachers from principals' point of view is high. There were no statistically significant differences due to the variables of gender, experience, and qualification. The study recommends focusing on certain aspects of ethics of teaching, and organizing workshops for this purpose
