Abstract
The study aimed at identifying the degree of organizational loyalty of administrators at the Ministry of Education in Jordan from their point of view. The study sample consisted of (108) administrators, selected randomly from a population of (148) academic administrators at the Ministry of Education in Jordan.In order to accomplish the objectives of the study, the researcher developed a questionnaire consisted of (25) items, distributed on three domains, it was the validity and reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed. The study showed the following results: The degree of academic administrators' loyalty was high in all areas. The area of the willingness to work in the Ministry of Education came in the first place, followed by the area of beleiving in the objectives of the Ministry of Education, then the area of staying in the work with the Ministry of Education, and there were no statistically significant differences (0.05 = α) in the organizational loyalty levels among educational administrators, depending on the variables: (experience, qualifications and job position). The study recommended encouraging academic administrators to work in the Ministry of Education by increasing financial and moral incentives in order to maintain high rates of organizational loyalty.
