Abstract
The security of society is a divine blessing that can only be truly appreciated by those who are deprived of it. Observing the conditions of our Arab and Islamic world, one can recognize that many states are suffering from the agony of internal and external wars, as well as a lack of security and safety. Therefore, in addressing the political crises that sweep through the Muslim world, particularly between rulers and their people, it is essential to resort to the Prophetic approach as a means of navigating the crisis. The Prophetic Sunnah clearly outlines mechanisms and controls for the use of arms among Muslims. When rulers deviate from the right path by assaulting, oppressing, and exploiting people for wealth, the Sunnah advocates for calm, with the primary principle of "enjoining what is right and forbidding what is wrong," while preserving the objectives without any distortion. This research addresses these issues and examines the problem of misunderstanding the relevant holy traditions (Hadith) by Muslim scholars. It also demonstrates how the companions applied these teachings in real-life scenarios during times of crisis.
