Abstract
Management Information Systems (MIS) play an effective role in achieving organizational goals and strategies by providing applications and tools that continuously improve performance. The primary aim of this research is to identify the efficiency of MIS and its impact on human resource performance at Mu'tah University. The study is based on a questionnaire used to collect data, which was distributed to employees at Mu'tah University. The Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) was employed for data analysis. The study found that the efficiency of MIS at Mu'tah University is at a high level. It also revealed that using MIS and its various applications significantly impacts improving human resource performance in terms of work speed and productivity. Additionally, it enhances the quality of work and employee performance. The study recommends that the university should continue to implement MIS tools and provide the necessary infrastructure for them. Furthermore, it advises the university to keep up with technological changes, as this plays a crucial role in supporting and improving overall performance and human resource effectiveness.
