Abstract

This study aimed to assess the levels of political, health, and environmental awareness among school students in the Bani Obeid district from their teachers' perspective. It also sought to examine the impact of variables such as gender, educational stage, school type, and years of experience on teachers' evaluations of their students' political, health, and environmental awareness. The sample of the study consisted of 443 teachers. The descriptive survey methodology was employed, and a questionnaire comprising 30 items was used to collect data to achieve the study's objectives. The results indicated that the levels of political, health, and environmental awareness among school students in the Bani Obeid district were high. Furthermore, the findings showed that none of the study variables had a significant effect on teachers' evaluations of their students' awareness across all domains of the tool. The researchers recommended reinforcing political, health, and environmental concepts among students to ensure their awareness and understanding of these issues.
