Abstract
This study aimed to examine the impact of strategic practices for human resources management in achieving entrepreneurship. To achieve the study objective, the researchers, develop a special questionnaire distributed to a random sample consist of (80) managers working in (4) Jordanian manufacturing pharmaceutical public shareholding companies at the range of (20) questionnaire for each, the total usable questionnaires returned was (69) which equal (86%) response rate. The most important result reached in this study there is a statistically significant impact of strategic human resources practices in entrepreneurship, which consist of creativity Innovation, initiative and taking risks. According to statistic, analysis and result reached in this study the researchers recommended that pharmaceutical companies should give more attention to strategic human resources practices to help employees to determine their carrier bath according to their scientific qualifications, and innovational capabilities.
