Abstract
This study aimed to evaluate training programs in Riyadh education according to Kirkpatrick model from school female leaders point of view the descriptive analytical method was used for data collection and to achieve the study objectives a questionnaire of 32 items was prepared and it consisted of four parts trainees feedback evaluation learning evaluation behavior evaluation and organizational outputs evaluation the questionnaire has been applied to a sample of 279 of school female leaders at Riyadh after analyzing the data the results showed the following the mean of applying trainees feedback evaluation was high the meaning of applying learning evaluation was approximately medium the means of applying behavior evaluation and organizational outputs evaluation were low the total mean of applying the four levels indicated a medium degree according to Kirkpatrick model the study recommended that educational organization should reinforce the evaluation of trainees feedback level improve the evaluation of learning level by using different pre and post evaluation methods concentrate on the evaluation of behavior and organizational outputs levels by following clear systematic methodology of evaluation using different means of evaluation and training enough evaluators
