This study aimed to determine the degree of application of the strategic plan at the Jordan University of Science and Technology as perceived by faculty members. The study sample consisted of 140 faculty members, and a questionnaire containing 62 items distributed across ten domains was used after ensuring its validity and readability: institutional performance, human resources, university environment, scientific research and creativity, students, marketing and media, connection with industry, social responsibility, higher studies, and accreditation and quality assurance and international classification. The researchers employed a descriptive analytical approach for data collection and analysis. The study results revealed that the application of the strategic plan at Jordan University of Science and Technology, as perceived by faculty members, exhibited a high degree across all domains, ranked as follows: scientific research and creativity, accreditation and quality assurance and international classification, higher studies, institutional performance, marketing and media, connection with industry, students, university environment, social responsibility, and human resources. The results indicated statistically significant differences due to the academic rank variable in favor of the associate professor rank, and due to years of experience, in favor of those with less than five years of experience. This study recommends providing awareness of the university's strategic plan to individuals with diverse expertise to ensure the continuity of the application of the strategic plan.
