Abstract

This study aimed to assess the level of administrative creativity among high school principals in Ajloun Governorate, as perceived by teachers, and its relationship with the degree of teachers' acquisition of professional competencies. The study sample consisted of 153 high school teachers in Ajloun Governorate. Data were collected using a questionnaire designed to achieve the study's objectives. The results indicated that the level of administrative creativity among high school principals in Ajloun Governorate, as perceived by teachers, was high. Additionally, the degree of teachers' acquisition of professional competencies was also high. Furthermore, a statistically significant relationship was found between the level of administrative creativity among school principals and the degree of teachers' acquisition of professional competencies.
