Abstract
The research addresses one of the most contemporary issues in legacies, specifically concerning the regulation of the inheritance of digital services and rights—a product of the technological revolution in applications, software, networking sites, electronic databases, and more, which have developed significantly in recent times where the language of numbers has become an independent realm. In referencing scholars' views on legacy issues, the researcher aims to shed light on a type of legacy situated between abstract financial assets and personal rights, termed as "the two similarities legacy." This is accompanied by an attempt to demonstrate the parallels and likenesses between digital legacies and the two similarities legacies. The researcher tends to favor the inheritance of digital legacies within the framework of their legal regulations. After examining jurists' statements and contemporary trends in addressing this issue, the researcher recognizes the strength and rigidity of the jurisprudential framework and its leadership in citing and governing such rights, emphasizing the preservation of individuals' wealth and rights as one of the key purposes and priorities of Sharia.
