Abstract
The purpose of this study was to reveal the role of administration in enhancing community partnerships in Arab schools in Beersheba region from the school principals’ point of view. A descriptive survey approach was used to target the principals. The study sample intentionally consisted of all school principals in the region, totaling 100 principals from both genders. To collect data, a questionnaire consisting of 33 items was developed. Three independent variables were further investigated, namely: the school location, the principal's gender, and the principal's years of experience in the post. The results showed that the overall principals' estimate of the role of administration in enhancing community partnerships in targeted schools was moderate. Furthermore, the results indicated that there were significant statistical differences at α=0.05 between the statistical means of principals' estimates related to school location. These differences were in favor of recognized schools. However, the results did not find any significant statistical differences at α=0.05 between the means of responses related to the principals' gender or their years of experience in their posts.
