The goal of this study was to examine the extent to which educational supervisors practice human resources management skills among Arab society within the Green Line, in light of quality standards. A descriptive survey approach was employed. For data collection, a questionnaire was designed, consisting of 35 items on a 5-point Likert scale. The study sample included 165 school principals randomly selected from schools in the targeted region, as well as all 72 educational supervisors in that region (comprehensive survey). Results indicated that the level of practice of human resources management skills among supervisors was high.
