Abstract

The present study aimed to investigate the relationship between career decision-making skills and psychological hardiness among students at vocational training centers in Irbid Governorate. The sample consisted of 100 male and female trainees from the training centers, and both a career decision-making scale and a psychological hardiness scale were utilized. Pearson correlation and Cronbach's alpha coefficients were used to analyze the relationship between the study variables. The results indicated a positive and statistically significant relationship, with students at the vocational training centers demonstrating both robust career decision-making skills and high levels of psychological hardiness. The researchers conclude that the positive relationship between these two variables contributes to increased motivation, a serious search for information, personal development and growth, and enhanced self-confidence.
