Abstract

This study aimed to identify the degree of commitment of secondary school teachers in the Bani Obeid District to the principles of teamwork from their perspective. The study adopted a descriptive survey approach, and the researchers prepared a questionnaire to assess the principles of group work for secondary school teachers. The study population consisted of 433 teachers, from which a sample of 180 male and female teachers was formed. The results of the study showed that the degree of commitment of secondary school teachers in the Bani Obeid District to the principles of teamwork was high. Additionally, the results revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the principles of teamwork based on the variables of gender, experience, and specialization. The researchers recommend that the responsibilities of teamwork be distributed among all secondary school teachers in the Bani Obeid District in a fair and equitable manner.
