Abstract
The current study aimed to reveal the relationship between goal orientations and job satisfaction among female teachers of the first three grades. To achieve the study's objectives, a sample of 350 female teachers was selected from the Directorate of Education in the Qweismeh area using a convenience sampling method. The goal orientations scale by Köksoy and Uygun (2018) and the job satisfaction scale by Alemi (2014) were applied. The results indicated that there were no statistical differences based on educational qualifications and experience regarding the scales of goal orientations and job satisfaction. Additionally, the study findings showed a positive direct relationship between goal orientations and job satisfaction among female teachers.
