Abstract
This study aimed to identify the extent of maternal leadership availability in Jordanian private schools, considering various variables from the perspective of teachers working in these institutions. The study population comprised 410 teachers, selected randomly. A descriptive survey method was employed for the study. To achieve the study's objectives, a questionnaire was developed, and its validity and reliability were confirmed. The results indicated that the level of maternal leadership availability, as perceived by private school teachers, was moderate. Additionally, the study found statistically significant differences at the significance level (α ≤ 0.05) based on the gender variable, favoring females. However, there were no statistically significant differences based on educational qualification or years of experience. In light of these findings, the study recommended that private school administrations place significant emphasis on nurturing maternal leadership. It also suggested conducting periodic studies and research to evaluate the work environments that promote the growth of maternal leadership under various conditions and variables.
