Abstract
This study aimed to identify the degree of strategic management applied by school principals in the Qasbah of Irbid from the perspective of teachers. A total of 300 male and female teachers, chosen randomly at a rate of 12%, participated in the study. The results indicated that the overall application of strategic management by school principals was at a significant level. The results revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of strategic management application due to the variables of years of experience and educational qualification. However, there were statistically significant differences based on the variable of gender, with the results favoring females.
