Abstract
This study aimed to examine the role of school principals in employing e-learning in Arab schools within the Green Line and the effect of demographic variables (gender, degree, and years of experience) on the principals' role. A randomly chosen sample of 380 teachers participated in this study. A questionnaire was used to collect data, and the study employed a survey methodology. Results indicated a high overall level for the role of school principals in employing e-learning in Arab schools; however, no significant differences were found at the (α=0.05) level that could be attributed to the variables (gender, degree, and years of experience).
