Abstract
This study aimed to identify the level of organizational school resilience in Arab schools in the Haifa District within the Green Line from the teachers' perspective and to determine the effect of variables such as gender, academic qualification, years of experience, and type of school on that level. The study sample consisted of 382 teachers, chosen using a simple random method. A questionnaire was used to collect the necessary data, and the descriptive survey method was employed. The results showed that the level of organizational school resilience in Arab schools in the Haifa District from the teachers' perspective was moderate. The results also indicated statistically significant differences at the (α = 0.05) level in teachers' estimates of organizational resilience in Arab schools, attributed to the variable "years of experience," favoring those with less than 10 years, and the variable "school type," favoring public schools. No statistically significant differences were found due to gender or academic qualification.
