Abstract
This study aimed to determine the degree to which educational supervision contributes to improving the efficiency of Arabic language teachers, as perceived by the teachers themselves in the Northern Al Mazar Directorate of Education. The participants included 128 male and female Arabic language teachers. A questionnaire consisting of 20 items was used, divided into two domains: learning and teaching, and the specialization of Arabic language. The findings revealed that the contribution of educational supervision to the efficiency of teachers was weak. Based on these findings, the study presented several suggestions and recommendations.
