Abstract

This study aimed to identify the degree of educational supervision contribution in improving the efficiency of Arabic language teachers from the viewpoint of Arabic language teachers in the Northern Al Mazar Directorate of Education. The participants were (128) male and female teachers of Arabic Language. A questionnaire consisting of (20) paragraphs divided into two domains: learning and teaching, and the Arabic language specialization. The findings revealed that the educational contribution to the efficiency of teachers was weak. Based on its findings, the study presented some suggestions and recommendations.
